Mipa VB 103-20 – Mixed RAL Colour

Mipa VB 103-20 is a 1K PVB filler used to level and prepare a surface before the finishing coats are applied. It is chosen when the job needs good filling power together with quick drying and fast sanding, so the coating build can move forward without a long wait between primer and topcoat stages.

It can be applied over lightly sanded 2K old paintwork, shop primers and directly onto steel, zinc, aluminium and MDF. It is also used on plastics commonly found in the automotive sector after a test application. That broad substrate coverage makes it useful where one filler needs to cover mixed materials within the same production flow.

In practice the filler helps smooth sanding marks, minor surface irregularities and uneven areas while leaving a base that can be recoated with water-based or solvent-based Mipa 1K and 2K paints. The fast drying and sandability help keep the surface preparation stage moving efficiently.
