Mipa WAY 1060-20 is a waterborne 1K acrylic primer with zinc phosphate for metal substrates that need a clean, paintable base before the topcoat goes on. It is used on steel, zinc and aluminium parts where a water-based primer is preferred without giving up corrosion protection and adhesion.
Mipa WAY 1060-20 20 kg WBS 1K acrylic primer mixed RAL colours can be brushed, rolled or sprayed, which makes it easy to use across fabricated metal parts, machine housings, vehicle components, rails, frames and general steelwork. After drying it forms a uniform primer layer that is ready to receive waterborne or solvent-based Mipa 1K and 2K topcoats.
That combination makes it practical where one primer has to cover different application methods and a wide selection of parts. The coating helps the top layer grip properly, supports a cleaner finish and gives a sound starting point for colour coats that need to hold up indoors or outdoors.
The 20 kg pack is suited to regular industrial use, recurring production jobs and larger coating volumes. It stays focused on what a primer should do: prepare metal properly, support adhesion and help the whole coating build start cleanly from the first layer. That leaves coated parts with a base or finish that is easier to build on and easier to trust in service.
