Mipa Weld Primer Spray Zinc-Aluminium is a thin-layer primer for metal parts that need to be welded after priming. It lays down a conductive coating that stays suitable for MIG, TIG and spot-welding work, while adding active corrosion protection in the areas that would otherwise be left exposed during fabrication or repair.
The zinc-aluminium format is made for steel, iron and galvanised substrates where corrosion protection is the main priority. Even in thin coats it covers evenly, dries quickly and allows the next step to follow without a long interruption between surface preparation and welding.
This keeps seams, flanges, replacement panels and repair sections ready for assembly without building unnecessary film thickness around the joint. The coating is practical wherever a clean weld-through primer is needed before joining panels, patch sections or galvanised sheet metal parts.
