Mipa Zinc Spray CE is a zinc-rich aerosol coating for steel surfaces that need a strong corrosion-protective layer without setting up spray equipment. The dry film contains more than 90 percent zinc, which gives the coating active cathodic corrosion protection and makes it especially useful where exposed bare metal needs a durable zinc-grey repair layer.
This spray is used on iron and steel, on repaired galvanised sections and on weld seams after metalwork. It is practical for edges, drilled spots, cut sections, brackets, supports and other steel details where corrosion protection has to be restored cleanly and quickly. Once dry, the coating can also be spot-welded, which is a key advantage in metal fabrication and repair work.
Mipa Zinc Spray CE grey 400 ml can be applied in comparatively thick coats and still keeps a strong protective function. That helps when a single repair area needs dependable coverage instead of a purely cosmetic grey finish. It also gives a practical route for repairs on galvanised parts where the damaged zone needs protection close to the original purpose of the substrate.
Because Mipa Zinc Spray CE can be overcoated with Mipa 1K and 2K paints, it also works well as the first corrosion-protective stage before later finishing. In aerosol form, it stays ready for quick use on small steel repairs, welding work and galvanised touch-up jobs.
