Description
This is a 2-component epoxy resin primer filler for steel, zinced substrates, aluminium and GRP. Its very good spray mist absorption, fast drying and the very good flow guarantee a fast overcoatability with perfect gloss retention.
About this product
It can also be used as primer before filling work and as wet-on-wet filler. This makes the product particularly suitable for use in high-quality industrial and commercial vehicle construction.
Typical applications
This product is intended for professional coating work on zinced substrates, steel, aluminium, and GRP with a white finish.
How to use
Prepare the substrate thoroughly and remove grease, dust and loose contamination before coating. Mix the product in the stated ratio (3:1 by weight; 2:1 by volume) with Mipa EP 905-05; adjust with Mipa 2K-Verdünnung if required. Apply even coats and respect the flash-off, drying and recoating times of the full system. From + 10 °C and up to 80 % relative humidity. Ensure adequate air ventilation
