Mipa WPU 2500-50 is a waterborne 2K polyurethane acrylic topcoat with a semi-gloss finish and active corrosion protection. It is used where a water-based finish should still deliver the durability, colour hold and surface strength expected on commercial vehicles, machines and fabricated metal parts.
The coating adheres to steel, zinc and aluminium and can be sprayed, brushed or rolled. That flexibility makes it suitable for larger metal parts, production runs, touch-in on fabricated components and projects where one topcoat needs to work across different application methods without changing the finish character.
After curing, the surface offers very good resistance to weather, UV and water. The semi-gloss appearance gives coated parts a clean, technical finish that looks controlled rather than overly shiny, while the active corrosion protection supports the overall build on exposed metal parts.
The 5 kg pack is practical for smaller production volumes, recurring maintenance coating and colour-specific jobs.
