Mipa WEP 1000-20 WBS 2K EP Primer Filler, Mipa price group II brings water based epoxy priming and filler performance together in one material for steel, zinc, aluminium and common plastics. It is used where the base coat has to do more than simply stick to the surface, because it also helps even out the substrate and prepare it for the finishing coat.
That combination is practical on machine parts, metal sections, technical housings and prepared plastic components that need a tidy, workable undercoat. The cured film gives the surface a sound starting point for later coating steps while staying within a water based system that is easy to place into regular industrial routines.
This primer filler can be applied by brush, roller or spray depending on the surface and the chosen process. Mixed with Mipa WEP 9500-25 hardener and adjusted with WBS deionised water, it remains a flexible primer filler for both local work and larger areas. The grey base colour also supports good visual control during application and follow up finishing.
